Shopping & appointment policies
Shipping policy
Free shipping within the United States is available when you spend $100 or more. Standard shipping normally takes 3–5 business days. Customized items normally take 7–14 business days. Other shipping rates are based on USPS pricing, with Priority and Express options available when offered at checkout.
Return policy
All sales are final. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within seven business days of receiving it. Once the damaged item is returned and received, an eligible replacement will be issued.
Rescheduling and cancellation
We understand that plans change. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, we will do our best to help you find a better time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to an administrative fee.
Late arrivals
If you expect to be late, please call and let us know. When a client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be reopened or offered to another client. If we are able to keep the appointment, there may not be enough time to complete the full service originally booked.
